Absolutely not. Do not get me started. It has not been a good 3 years. And just when it seems it's getting better it is not.
The upkeep an properties aren’t in good condition . Staff is very friendly that’s the only plus .
My family and I lived at one of their properties in wabash. We were told the bank was doing inspections for a loan on new windows. A week later we get a notice stating that the building was under new owners.Moved to another property in marion. Landlord entered the wrong address on our lease. We tried going to the trustees office to get help with rent and they won't accept the lease. We contacted the property manager so he can fix the lease and he refuses to do so until he has rent money.
