Just wow! What an amazing experience with Joaquim (apologies if I misspelled your name) at the service centre desk. I walked in without an appointment, dealing with a stripped security lug nut key and an over-torqued locking nut that several other auto shops had failed to remove Joaquim personally took care of my car and successfully removed the locking nut, replacing it with a standard bolt from the VW Genuine Parts shop. My son purchased an Atlas approx 1. year ago and I recently purchased a Jetta. To say the least, the service was outstanding, personable and very inviting. My son and I worked with Silvester and Adam. They are extraordinary kind of employees as their demeanour, their knowledge speak volume.
