Booked an appointment to test drive a car. Arrived 3 hrs later on time and Macarious said it wasn’t there. It had been sent for cleaning and he didn’t know. He said he called me to tell me (2 minutes before I arrived). He tried to get me interested in another car. Then left me sitting there waiting while he went to talk to his “manager” to see what they could come up with. He quickly ran out of the room with his manager when he saw me get up and leave. my experience at Mississauga Honda was 10/10, no cap. The staff were absolute beauties—super professional and totally held it down answering all my tech questions about the ride. Service was clutch; they finished right on time and the attention to detail was spot on. Plus, the waiting lounge is actually vibes, super chill and organized. Honestly, if you're looking for a spot that's legit and won't give you the runaround, I highly recommend checking them out. They're the real deal.
