Great to deal with! From sales to service everyone I have delt with has been super helpful and very responsive. The sales team isn't pushy and does not add unecessary charges. Everything is fully explained. The service department is very knowledgeable and responsive. They also take the time to explain any issues and what is required to fix them. If anything goes wrong they work to make it right. Glad to have bought and service my car here.
Great customer care experience with Adi
Very poor service from Ratna Vaithilingam. I bought a Honda Accord here, and while he was polite at first, after I signed the purchase documents he became very rude. He definitely needs customer service training.
