JoAnn was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HELPFUL!! I was expecting a difficult time because I couldn't find my order (and because of other google reviews) I'm glad I didn't pay them any attention and called. Please show kindness and respect to those working, it will be shown to you!
CANCELLED SHOW AND NEVER ISSUED REFUND FOR $200!!! Cannot contact via telephone, no replies to email even after providing order number, date, screenshot of ticket, location, etc.. As far as I know you cannot legally cancel a show and not issue a refund for the ticket, especially when the ticket is over $200.
I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card and I got a call back in a timely manner. He was very helpful and polite.
