I am very disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. There has been an ongoing rat problem, and our porch is constantly covered in rat droppings. Not only is it disgusting, but it is also a serious health concern for residents and pets. I have dogs, and they can't even enjoy being out on the porch because there is always rat poop everywhere or rats running around. The team was super helpful throughout our move in process. They made sure to go through everything in detail and answer any and all questions we had, especially Anissa who was the main contact.
Anissa and .vanessa are very polite and professional always receiving us with a smile always taking good care of us residents here at missions at sunbow Fernando and David always on the top of all work orders and fixing promptly our problems.the entire staff making missions at sunbow a great place to live .
