This complex is a complete mess. They try to get their reviews up by offering “free items” if you leave a 5 star review, so all these random 5 stars are FAKE. the leasing office has horrible attitudes when addressing anything & there’s never parking, the same cars parking in visiting spots for weeks where you can’t even quickly park to pick up your own packages. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for some time, and while there are a few positives, there are also several challenges that future residents may want to be aware of. The rent for my three-bedroom unit is on the higher side, but only one parking space is provided. Unfortunately, parking in the visitor area isn’t allowed, and my car was towed once for doing so. The staff is amazing—they go above and beyond to make everyone feel a true sense of belonging! Their get-together events always bring us closer and truly make a difference.
Living here has been an amazing experience! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities are fantastic, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any needs or maintenance requests. Maintenance people are very helpful, they always solve anything at anytime with no problem if its an emergency they come ASAP.
