Out app for our door hasn't been working for a long time. I dont really have much good to say besides the area being quiet and peaceful. we have had our sink flood where the entire building had flooding in our sinks. I had my car broken into once and I reported it and heard nothing back at all. The worst rental experience in my life. Roaches, rats and they are thieves. I left the unit cleaner than when I moved in and they still kept hundreds of dollars for painting and cleaning. I have pictures to prove I never even put anything on the walls. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from these thieves. Constant noise whether it’s construction or the people throwing raves every weekend.
STAY AWAY!! The ONLY redeeming quality of this place is the maintenance man, Ricardo. He is always friendly, gets maintenance done quickly, and watches out for residents. He is the only reason this place gets a single star). Otherwise, UDR is a horrendous company. The management is awful to work with. Nobody is onsite, and the only time you'll ever get ahold of someone is when they reach out to take more money from you. UDR/Missions at Back Bay is the epitome of a greedy, money hungry landlord that does not care about their tenants. I lived here for 4 years and this company never failed to show me how little they care about you as a tenant. There was water damage in my unit 4 times, mold, water shut offs, and the conditions of the equipment and accessories such as windows, AC unit, and heater units are so poor that the price you pay is robing you.
