I lived in this apartment and had a very disappointing experience. The property was poorly managed — I never once saw a manager on site, and communication was almost impossible. This place is totally a scam. I tried to rent an apartment. I got bombarded with bullshit text messages. I’m pretty sure it was just a bot. Collecting my information could not actually see a unit even though there was a units available beware of providing your information. best off to provide a Google number and fake email address until you’re sure you wanna deal with this. I don’t know how people actually live here.

Zero Stars This place is unlivable. Infested with roaches, rats, bees, and even black mold. Management ignores complaints, cancels maintenance requests, and makes false promises. I’ve lost money replacing ruined belongings, but the worst part is losing peace in my own home. Neighbors report the same problems, which explains all the other bad reviews. Save yourself the stress — avoid this complex and any property managed

The one amenity Missions at Back Bay offers is the pool. I've lived here 4 1/2 years and the pool heater has never worked and Missions at Back Bay has known about it but they are so cheap they won't fix the heater. They will respond to this with "I'm sorry' but they will never fix it. The only communication with them is Missions at Back Bay replying to the reviews. Our walkway has been torn up. There is only dirt and the cement walkway is lifted, cracked and uneven. It has been over a year and they still haven't finished.

***if youre the type to like having friends over and have people stay the night this is not for you. this is for a single person or couple who doesnt like to have friends over or guests. *** .
