The one amenity Missions at Back Bay offers is the pool. I've lived here 4 1/2 years and the pool heater has never worked and Missions at Back Bay has known about it but they are so cheap they won't fix the heater. They will respond to this with "I'm sorry' but they will never fix it. The only communication with them is Missions at Back Bay replying to the reviews. Our walkway has been torn up. There is only dirt and the cement walkway is lifted, cracked and uneven. It has been over a year and they still haven't finished.
***if youre the type to like having friends over and have people stay the night this is not for you. this is for a single person or couple who doesnt like to have friends over or guests. *** . My 23-year-old daughter, assisting her friend—a new tenant—in moving into her unit, became the victim of an unconscionable towing incident costing $510. Out app for our door hasn't been working for a long time.
