I transfered here at the beginning of my pregnancy. This office was suggested to me from a couple of women in my area. However, it had been some time since they had a child here. With that being said, this office is not what I had hope. They are not big on truly caring for you and your child you carry. This is where i go for my prenatal care, they are amazing! Especially Dr.Sullivan! Ive had so many obgyn's over the years, each of them i told i have what feels like an excruciating menstrual cycle, every one of them just said its normal, or dismissed my concern and didnt even try to look into it. Dr.Sullivan was the first one that did look into it an found out i had a condition. I WOULD give this place 5 stars, however the NURSES do not ever like to answer the phone, no matter what time it is 😑😒
Took a family member in for testing procedure and the Dr and nurse were very nice. However after waiting over a week they called left msg stating they need to discuss the results at 4:30pm then 6 minutes later nobody would pick up the phone. States they don't close til 5 on the recording. Left a message no call back. Tried calling for a few days and left more messages and still no contact. It's not fair to patients who have medical concerns.
Love them. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Hands down the best gynecologist office I've been to.
I highly recommend Alison Christopher! I was very anxious about my appointment but she as well as the nurse put my mind at ease and made the whole experience a lot better. Everyone I dealt with at this office was very sweet, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to!
