Great staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Excellent facility, very clean inside, caring, detailed and responsive staff, Dr. Alicia in particular has my highest recommendation. I went there 09182025 for post work related injury and this was an great choice. Btw, per Dr Alicia's recommendation the pharmacy a few doors down has an effective muscle relaxer/healing foam, it's $20 and worth it, see picture.
Poorly staffed, poorly managed, likely both. Two hour plus wait time for a simple urinalysis. If you have any other options, use them. Not pro level in any way, typical of an HCA facility.
2 hour wait, after a scheduled appointment.
Extremely Rude employee at the front desk; unprofessional and horrible behavior.
