Extremely Rude employee at the front desk; unprofessional and horrible behavior.
Went here for a pre-employment physical. Candy was very personable and helpful. My physician was great too!
I came in to this location to get blood drawn. After they took me back I waited in the room for over an hour. When I poked my head out of the room there was no one to be found! Finally, I found the nurse who didn’t even know I was in the room or what I needed. Bless his heart, he was so apologetic and kind! The doctor never told him that I was waiting on a blood draw. They had forgotten about me in the room. Front staff was also nice. Seems to be a lack of communication and urgency on behalf of clinicians. Peace and blessing... read more
I needed my flu shot record. The man who answered my phone call apparently either lied or didn’t know what he was talking about and stated it would be multiple days until I can get my record. I went in and received it immediately. I needed this record for school and the fact that someone is either that lazy or ignorant is astounding.
Tried coming by here for just a TDab they were closed Tried coming again after calling before hand and they changed to no walk in’s Came a third time I’ve been here 4 hours and the front receptionist has nothing but attitude. This shit is ridiculous I’ve had four hours of sleep I’m here for just a Tdab I keep getting the run around. They’re doing more talking then working and anytime I talk to the lady up front it’s nothing but attitude
