Their gear survived (waxed canvas back packs) survived my wife's PhD and many terribly cold Minnesota Winters. The hoodies for her great, and I picked a nice rain jacket on deal. The staff here are super friendly, and I hope they get a new location quick!
No beers
Disappointed by customer service. Asked a very simple question about what's available in store and got put in a queue and a set of answers to other questions I didn't ask. One of the things they linked me to unnecessarily and completely unrelated to what I asked is their return policy, which made me realize their policy for returns is garbage, they won't take returns that don't still have the tags on them.
