Nice Living Mission Villiage is a nice community. It is gated for the protection of residents. It also has two laundry facilities for conveinience and a nice little playground. The rent is very affordable and the units are beautiful. The units have all the ammenities including a fire place. The rooms are also very spacious. There is even a small gym located on site.
Worst apartment complex in Bossier City Mission Village is by far the worst apartments with the worst management in Bossier City. Yes it has been remodeled but it was very poorly done. The apartment was filthy and there were so many problems when we first moved in. There is a fitness center, which is one of the reasons I chose this complex, but is hardly ever open because of problems with it that never get fixed. Therefore I could never cancel my membership to my local gym. If ever there was a problem with our apartment, we ... read more
Worst apartment experience ever. Very very unprofessional management staff, extremely slow maintenance request response time (at least 10 days), and very inadequate facilities. The laundry center had only 3 or 4 operable washer and dryers at any given time, the pool area was always crowed with kids from other complexes or the surrounding neighborhood, and they promised a fitness center, but there wasn't one.
