It has been 2 weeks and we have had FOUR RATS in our apartment. FOUR!! On top of the fact that there are a ton of roaches, neither situation has been taken seriously. I was told they couldn't send someone out immediately and would have to wait until the 9th of Oct. Not to mention it took 3 days before anyone contacted me about my original call about the roaches. I have lived at Mission Villa now going on 4 years, seems like most of my neighbors have been here awhile also, place is close to everything, shopping, food, parking lot could use a little work kinda beat up in places, famly friendly no pool not alot of noise, play area for kids, could be more Guest parking.
I have lived her for 4 years and love it. Within the fist year of moving in I did find a few roaches, I reported it and the immediately treated my place for it. It fixed the problem and no issues ever since. Whenever I report a problem, they fix it immediately. It’s dog friendly and the courtyards are well maintained. It’s affordable and nice area.
