We've been at MV KinderCare since April 2021 (transferred from another KinderCare location to be closer to home). My son is in the infant room and we get daily updates on activities/art projects that he does to foster cognitive development and creative expression. The staff feels like Family and I couldn't live without them! They are truly wonderful people who CARE about my son AND his education. Policy is very important but so are people's needs/feelings. At this school they follow Policy but take the time to communicate the why's and how's. Unlike at other schools I've been to.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this center. This was my son's first daycare and although the first couple of months were great, the last 6 months I had to deal with multiple incident reports weekly for biting. My son got multiple bites all over his body and face (one of them which became a scar!). After talking to the center director several times, nothing was being done to stop the situation. They simply did not care and told me it was a toddlers "normal" reaction of frustration... Just sad.
