Since this company took over the clinic I work at, many policies have changed and have negatively affected employees. PTO eligibility was previously available at 30 hours per week and has since increased to 35, requiring schedule changes and longer workdays. PTO has to be accrued now instead of front loaded & was reduced. PTO has also been reduced, employees of 5 years were originally offered 120 hrs/yr, now they get 96.
