The people that claim to be employed by you are less authentic eeks. Think twice and always look up reputable emergency vets in your area that are ethnical and established members in the community. Also establish a relationship with your vets office and they will look out for you and guide you to the true specialist that are professionals and experts in their field.

I have a large senior cat rescue & live in Daytona Bch, FL. I have taken my fur babies to Ravenwood Vet for years. We love all the Vets and staff but Since your corporation took over, we’ve had rising prices and added on charges including OSHA fees, that doesn’t require OSHA. In all my life, I’ve never heard of rechecks being charged OSHA fee of $10.75!!! That is DISGUSTING!! OSHA is for biohazard, not for your pockets. ( I pay an average of $2500. a month at my Vet.) We took our pets to their sister office in bay city called vetmed. Our one pet was given injections without even having an exam done, it was just based off a blood work panel that was actually wrong as we had a follow up one in the process of being done. We took our other pet here for an infection during an ER visit. Doctor sirrine told us didn’t have time for it and proceeded to go chat with employees in the back.
