Took my 5 month old domestic shorthair kitten Oliver to get neutered. Dr. Heflin and Linda the manager went out of their way to accommodate Oliver in on such short notice. Oli was adopted out of Palm Valley and MVH wasn't doing surgeries at the moment since they are short handed but thanks to Dr. Heflin and Linda they went ahead and squeezed Oli in!. This is the best Veterinary Facility in The RGV. Thank you to all the great doctors and staff. All of you are a blessing to all of us that consider our pets as family members.
I recently had to take my dog Frijole there. He was attacked by two larger dogs and they did alot of damage to him that couldn't be repaired. The staff was very professional and educated and even helped me with the process to put him to sleep eternally.
Such a kind, compassionate, caring and professional staff.
