Terrible management and showroom is lackluster.
Very knowledgeable staff and a very personal approach. Not the big box type of spa store.
Our family purchased a Jacuzzi about 10 years ago from Mission Valley Spas. We recently had to replace our spa cover and Mike who manages their parts and service did an awesome job making sure everything was perfect. I have been driving by a number of other places to buy our chlorine & supplies and will continue to do so. I am not in the market for a new hot tub but if I was would make this the first place I would go.
Mission Valley Spas, and their owner Alan, their salesman Darren and their installer and technical expert Mike are the most clear example of a terrible business you can find. They make numerous claims about their service and professionalism. When the sale is over you will find none of that. The first set of their "expert maintenance team" were too inebriated to do the job.
