Used a hot towel on my back, which was very tight from flying. Paid good attention to all areas I spoke about.
Charlie was fabulous... so in tune with my muscles and the areas she found during the massage which required more attention. She gave recommendations after the massage ended and was very thorough and comforting.
Released the severe tension in my low back, upper back & neck muscles that were causing me severe pain. I awoke the next morning feeling much better than I had in days!! The improvement in my muscles also gave me much more energy than I'd had in days! Outstanding job!!
Brittany always knows what my skin needs and has helped me improve it to the point where I'm comfortable without makeup on.
Berenice actually worked harder on my aching shoulder and I am able to use it better than before the massage. Prior visits with other therapists were not that good.
