The Most Dishonest Shop – This place is not an honest shop. They refused my smog re-test after failing when their policy says free re-test within 30 days. They told me they basically tricked me and that I have to pay again for a whole new test. And when I tried to dispute the charges with Visa, I needed them to double charge me in order to get one of them off because they will claim they performed the service.
