I was a participant of ICMA before they merged with Mission Square. Mission Square is ill equipped to manage anyone's money as far as I am concerned. They have no electronic mechanism to set up regular disbursements, their customer service takes hours and even days to respond if they respond at all. Their customer service number goes to a hold que that offers to call you back and then when you get the call back hours later it hangs up on you. They make a big mistake with my 401k. I have talked to 9 different employ and they have all said they will fix it. They haven’t. Now I have to pay taxes on their mistakes.
