This is a beautifully maintained and run facility; I enjoy the activities here; the people are friendly and welcoming. Getting all 3 in one place .... really terrific!

I have contacted mission square four times requesting withdrawal forms and have not received them.I don't know what's going on and I don't think they do either.Im ready to contact lawenforcement because it's a red flag.

icma was great this so called company mission square stinks no response no answering phones if after waiting hours if someone ansers phone hangs up /its not their money does anyone know a federal agency that would look into this corruption

Is it possible to give zero stars? As stated above, hard working civil servants and their families are now repressed by Mission Square who holds investments hostage as phone numbers on ghost emails lead to nowhere. Representatives give incorrect information, and redirect you into bizarre rabbit holes that end in personal cost and more time wasted. My mother is a beneficiary. She got only two installments of her money for November and December 2022. Havent recieved the past two checks January and February 2023. There customer service is absolutely horrible. One person said their direct deposit was no longer available. Call a month later act like that never happened. I have seen a complaint about them not having direct dwposit and mailing checks. It has been a nightmare. My brother worked hard and put money into this company. Don’t put your money here. Worst customer service. If you want to roll over or make a transaction it takes months. They just don’t want to give you YOUR money. They give conflicting instructions and take forever to answer your requests. Horrible company. They are centuries behind the competition Technology and their app is horrible.

If you need to withdraw your money or roll it over, I strongly recommend you start asking "for your own money" at least 6 months in advance. Mission Square is in absolutely no hurry to turn loose of your funds!! They are an insult to the world of retirement funds!!!

This organization gives the word “organization” a bad name! Their communication between themselves to initiate, process, and complete a transaction is ridiculous; frankly, non-existent. I have been trying to roll my money over for well over a month and I cannot get even the first step done!!! This organization is in possession of retirements funds from police officers and firefighters who served our communities…and this is how they treat us!!! Impressive!!! Not!! I was forced to have an account here by my employer. I never liked them. Their investment options are crap, laden with exorbitant expense ratios. I have now retired and have spent 8 months trying to get them to release the funds in my 401(a) account so that I can roll them over into my account at a different firm with vastly better investment options.
