DO NOT RENT. Management is completely indifferent to the health and safety of their residents. My AC has been out for four days in 100°+ weather, leaving my apartment at a dangerous 90° inside. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the property manager or emergency on-call staff. When you finally do, their "solution" is a cheap portable cooler that relies on ice packs, which melt within two hours and do nothing to cool the room. The only reason I am leaving a 5 star review is because of Sara the apartment manager. She really gave us professional 5 star help with everything that ever happened with our apartment. And out of my 12 years of living in apartments…I have never come across a manager who really cared about their residents, and their quality of life the way she does. An actual diamond in the rough. Absolutely awful experience with management—their lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility is unbelievable. The apartments are poorly maintained, don’t even get me started on the lack of pest control, the spa has been broken for months, and the pool area is hazardous and unsafe. I would not recommend.
I tried calling the apartment complex multiple times to get more information, but it kept going to voicemail. I eventually scheduled a tour for today at 11:45 a.m. and arrived early at 11:38, only to find the office doors closed. The phone number posted on the door was disconnected, and there was no one in the office. I waited outside for a while, but no one ever showed up. Based on this experience, the customer service is terrible. Be cautious when dealing with this place.
