Absolutely awful experience with management—their lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility is unbelievable. The apartments are poorly maintained, don’t even get me started on the lack of pest control, the spa has been broken for months, and the pool area is hazardous and unsafe. I would not recommend.
I tried calling the apartment complex multiple times to get more information, but it kept going to voicemail. I eventually scheduled a tour for today at 11:45 a.m. and arrived early at 11:38, only to find the office doors closed. The phone number posted on the door was disconnected, and there was no one in the office. I waited outside for a while, but no one ever showed up. Based on this experience, the customer service is terrible. Be cautious when dealing with this place.
Beautiful and quiet
We reached this place on Friday around 3 PM, but the doors were closed. There was no one at the front desk, and the phone number provided was out of service. We traveled all the way from Glendale to visit, and it was disappointing. If they’re not reachable and are closing before their stated hours, it raises concerns about how responsive they would be once we start living there! 🫢
