Owner rude, unfriendly and last week was my 2nd visit in about a month, where owner was talking about a customer before they were even out of the door. One of the customers was my friend, so that makes 2 customers that will not be returning. Would rather drive a few extra miles to other AWESOME quilt shops in CNY, than witness such inexcusable customer service.
Excellent place to purchase yarn for knitting! Love the group knitting get-togethers.
