I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the negative reviews about this complex are accurate. When I first moved in, it was called Mission Ridge, but about a year later, it was rebranded as The Resort. After residing there for five years, I moved out at the end of January. They discriminate against section 8 voucher programs. I email Emma and she asked me for more income. California law protects tenants from discrimination based on how a tenant will be paying rent ("source of income") bad costumer service she should be terminated and the company sued
They showed us a different unit than it was pictured on the ad. Very tricky. Be aware!
I wasn’t going to leave a review, but as a former resident, they are still trying to get one over on us even now. All the negative reviews are 100% accurate. I would highly encourage you to find a living elsewhere. We only stayed here for 2 1/2 months before breaking the lease because the leasing office would not let us break our lease due to bed bug outbreaks in our apartment unit.
