Sleazy company. I've been waiting for my deposit refund for 35 days. Jennifer Kumar has no concept of customer service and is completely inept.
Front Desk girl with the black hair was so incredibly rude, Interiors smelled like mold.
Echoing what everyone else is sayin. Occasionally saw beer bottles around the apartments as well.
Nice place to live but extremely rude management. We received an email a few months ago talking about issues with illegal dumping in the community (understandable, it is a problem here). The email mentioned to contact their office about coordinating a bulk removal service instead of dumping. We recently contacted the office to do exactly that since we have some old furniture we want to get rid of and were met with accusations that we already violated community guidelines and they would collect evidence to fine us.
