Four days I didn’t have hot water. I called them and they never call me back. I have no idea what kind of team they have for plumbing pretty bad service.
I’m a current resident here, have been living here for almost 3 years, never had a problem until today. This is a lengthy one but I had some family visiting and there was some confusion on parking - and the asst manager Jennifer rudely told them they needed to park in carport 30, which was incorrect information - my carport is #31. I directed my cousins to move their car to guest parking, additionally my cousin also has a car permit for the area. Sleazy company. I've been waiting for my deposit refund for 35 days. Jennifer Kumar has no concept of customer service and is completely inept.
Front Desk girl with the black hair was so incredibly rude, Interiors smelled like mold.
