Great care staff! However, cost-cutting staff and a few bad hires in other departments are leading to challenges for building maintenance and overall care for patients due to care staff retention and inability to deliver quality meals on a consistent basis.

This is Trudy, Barry’s wife. My Great Aunt Joyce Cross was in Assisted Living for about 2.5 years until she passed away on 8/31/26. The staff is second to none and very caring and compassionate to residents, family and friends. It is a beautiful and clean facility. I highly recommend Mission Ridge and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of Aunt Joyce.
Stephanie at Mission Ridge is simply amazing. The community members are in the best hands possible. Beautiful facility run by beautiful people with such caring hearts.
