I was excited about moving into this apartment . Until I did the walk through sheet and found all of this . The leasing agent had a good selling pitch and highly recommended this apartment while it was still being occupied. Well when the other tenants moved out . Hi! I lived here for 4 years in building 14. So far, I have had a great experience. Pros: I would say that the apartment tries to keep the grounds looking nice to the best of their ability. I saw regular lawnmower maintenance around the grounds. They also put a layer of petroleum on the road, which was 2 years ago, I think. I personally never had any issues with my next-door neighbors. They also cleaned and maintained the pool regularly. The maintenance guys came to fix apartment issues quickly. When the mail got vandalized ... read more

My partner and I went this property this to try and sit down with someone at the leasing office, and possibly get a tour. We are currently really limited in our options for apartments as we have three pets which makes it extremely to find anything at the moment. We walked in and I ASKED if the leasing Agent had time for a tour, and to discuss apartments with us. She said nothing at all, and waved us in with a smile. Haven’t seen any recent reviews which may have helped me with my decision to move here. Haven’t had any problems with the management, they’ve all been super helpful so far. But only been here a week and so far two packages have gone missing and the parking is terrible for both residents and visitors 🥲 we’ll see if my thoughts change over the time of my lease.
