Just spoke with Erin. I was looking for a specific brand new car that they states on their website it "is in transit", but the only thing he said was: you can wait and call us later to this number to check if it's in stock. Erin ASKED ME the stock number and if the car was in stock. Is not that info that a sales rep should have? This was on 08/19/25, at 9:10 a.m. The customer service was very disappointing.
