I had the best customer service with Jacob in the service department. He is definitely an asset to the company. He’s got impeccable. Customer service has great communication skills. Checks in on you periodically and gives you an update on your vehicle . He’s very knowledgeable about the vehicles…I’ve been in sales for a long time and can recognize a model employee when I see one.
