My wife and I scheduled a tour of Mission Pointe in Sunnyvale. We were greeted warmly by Alicia from the leasing office. She is friendly, warm, prompt and informative. She made us feel at ease, welcome and gave us her full attention. We were shown a model apt, she also gave us virtual tour of different layouts and gave us all the required information & answered our questions. Thanks, Alicia. Peaceful neighborhood, great amenities and friendly staff.

Exhausted. That is the word that best describes my experience living here. Since moving in, one of the most persistent issues involved the metal doors at the trash enclosure. During windy nights, the doors would repeatedly slam, creating loud noise late into the evening and often into the early morning. There were multiple nights when I personally had to go outside—even during rainy weather—to close or physically hold the doors just to reduce the noise and try to sleep.
