Living 6 months here, a few things to consider before choosing here: - No AC -- careful if you did a self-tour like me and saw the temp controller has "cool" in addition to "hot" and probably didn't look more into it ... That's only fan, the complex does not have AC. - Gym is closed for renovation - the promise of "spring" reopening was not met other than a grand reopening paty! Trash place. Liars and scammers. High rent for terrible quality. They are scummy and don't return deposits. If you are thinking of living here just skip. There's plenty of better options. Place is hot, no airconditioning, tight parking, no in-unit laundry in most units. Gym is small and closed. Frontdesk always closed. Was told parking is included then they re-negged and said it was extra. Absolute waste of time and money. Doesn't even deserve one star.
