Service quality has gone down in the last year. I have been living with a fridge that doesn't close properly and the guy who comes in to 'fix' it says there's nothing wrong with it. he is condescending and asks whether i know how a fridge works. He blames a mechanical issue with the fridge on how it needs to be cleaned from the inside. I'm very disappointed.
My visit to the complex was one of the most positive experiences I had during my apartment search after relocating from Europe. Emily was an excellent guide throughout the tour—professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to interact with. I particularly appreciated the clarity and care with which she presented the complex and answered my questions. She made the visit both informative and enjoyable.
This community only accepts Bilt as online payment platform. Recent Bilt policy changes caused online payment failure and payment portal freezing. I was on my vacation. Desperately trying to reach out to payment office. No one responded after two business days but got a vacate notice from leasing. They have time to print and spread the paper notice to my door but they don’t have time to talk to each other. They just don’t care.
