Brought my father in law there and ants were on the floor, unsanitary conditions, didn’t give him his pain meds and room was humid and hot. Condescending management! We took him out of there the next day.!
The facility is wonderful. The workers are as well. But management SUCKS bad ! I use to work there & went to upper management multiple times about my boss & NOTHING was done at all. I was harassed sense I started there. They are really just money hungry people don’t care about NOTHIMG but money there.
Everyone is so caring and knowledgeable. Great family care meetings to provide very detailed information to family members…. Right down to what food is being ordered and eaten. They adjust based on feedback. Same for participation in daily activities and PT. Updated on Aug 6, 2025 Our family continues to appreciate the absolutely amazing staff at Intersect Healthcare of Granville.
