We used Mission for the first six or seven years we lived in this house. In 2020, we had them replace our full system, new A/C and furnace. We spent a lot of money with Mission and were always happy with the work. Last year, our Nest had an error saying it didn’t have enough power and would need a common wire. Dustin T. came to our house and kept telling my wife that since mission plumbing wasn’t the original installers he couldn’t promise the hvac issue was fixed when replacing the transformer. (My thought was, don’t you fix hvacs from other companies? Mission plumbing doesn’t install every single hvac in the entire US.)
