Continued cancellations and no shows within committed timeframes over the past year. After call with management, where I was informed that customers with nonfunctioning systems take priority, and having a PTAC unit fail and no heat, i expected to be at the top of the list, at 11:30 when technician didn't show for 8:00 - 11:00 timeframe, I called and after being on hold for 15 minutes was told the technician was still working on another job. Their answering service is horrible Bob Hickam

Just run. I hired Ultra bought out by Mission to install a new full system for a rental. The first summer , the ceiling got full of mold, the humidity reached 72 . The previous manager came and could not find any problem. The second summer, my ceiling got full of mold, Mission came three times, and the last technician adjusted the fan bringing the humidity to 62.  My tenant cannot work at the house.
