This review is long overdue, and I truly hope people take the time to read it. My husband and I moved here in December, and we still pinch ourselves every day because of how much living here has improved our lives. I cannot recommend our property manager, Angela, highly enough. Since she arrived, our experience in the building has improved significantly. Angela is the perfect blend of kind and professional; she is incredibly thorough and is a genuine listener who truly understands resident needs. Whenever we have had concerns, she has addressed them promptly and effectively. It is rare to find such a dedicated and responsive manager. I recently moved into this complex, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the property manager, maintenance crew, and the premises. The property is kept clean and well maintained. The property manager is always available and prompt in resolving any issues, and the maintenance team is professional and efficient. Overall, I am very happy and feel safe living here.
I think the charges for utilities is a rip off. I moved here from my own house. And it did not cost me as much for water and garbage and sewer with a wife and two kids in the house. Every other apartment I looked at before I rented here they said maximum of $100 a month I'm paying over $160 here every month for utilities.
