Trying to get a hold of someone is near impossible. Getting a respond back or answers is even worse. I keep getting the runaround and no one is held accountable. Charges for utilities are astronomical and everyone just says that’s comparable to other places. Sewage nearly $100. Garbage $80! And it’s split with all other residents. That’s over $4,000 a months for garbage??? Again, no one has answers. And the pictures and descriptions online are false. Only a couple apartments look like the pictures. Our Leasing Manager Lawrence goes above & beyond for his residents. If you have a maintenance issue he handles it immediately. If there is any issue he takes no time to resolve it. When maintenance is out due to illness he handles all duties himself. If he isn't in the office it's because he is for sure fixing, cleaning, or helping a resident or future resident. He is also very nice & polite & really cares. Thank you Lawrence for being the best always!
