This is a very nice place, me and my family ended up needing a room around 10pm the night before and we stumbled upon this little area. The surrounding areas of the mission lodge were incredibly clean, as well as the rooms and the service was impeccable. The lady in the front helped us check in and out efficiently and quick. She was also very kind and had some good insight on the San Jose area. I would recommend this place theough and through! The price, cleanliness, service is what has earned my business!

Sadly, this wasn’t a good stay. I was booked into a room that the hotel manager booked people who smoked either next to me or above me. I stayed for four days and during two of those days there was a strong cigarette smoke in my hotel room. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she was incredibly rude, almost on a bully level. She put the blame on me. I even asked her to come in my room and smell the cigarette smoke.
