Sadly, this wasn’t a good stay. I was booked into a room that the hotel manager booked people who smoked either next to me or above me. I stayed for four days and during two of those days there was a strong cigarette smoke in my hotel room. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she was incredibly rude, almost on a bully level. She put the blame on me. I even asked her to come in my room and smell the cigarette smoke. I come to Fremont on a regular basis and stay at least a week at a time. This is the only place I will stay now.

We didn't even make it to our room. The office clerk was extremely rude. She said we didn't have a reservation and She wouldn't even look it up. (That we had already paid for). She said we where friends with some random girl that was sitting out side with 2 puppy's. She said they are not pet friendly and said that was another reason she wouldn't allow us to check in to our prepaid room.
