Good luck if you have to ask the so-called Mission Pathology Consultants Team a billing question. I had a few medical expenses this year and emailed them with a fair inquiry about the services described in their bill. I had already paid a bill with the same services and was confused if I were being double-charged. I actually attached PDF versions of both bills for their review. They never replied back and turned my bill over to a debt collector!
I had a panel done through my Obgyn which works with this facility. They ended up sending me to collections due to them not updating any new information for the billing. They sent my bill to an address I had 15 years ago! What makes matters worse not once did they call me and I have had the same phone number over 15 years but yet collections had my phone number! I called them to complain and the operator was going to “look into it” and was supposed to call me back and that was over 2 weeks ago. Beware!
Mission Pathology consultants sent me a mail bogus bill for service that was never done. Not "pathology" , but "pathetically".
