Earlier I gave Mr. John Adam Trevino a good review as I witnessed how things were being handled on preparations for my wife’s burial. When it got closer to the time for viewing and burial Mr. Trevino called me and told me that my wife’s hair was so thin that it was impossible to do her hair according to the photo I had given them to work with and duplicate if possible. Went to a funeral service there this month, and the room was freezing. I went to request that the heat be turned up and it never was. Many elderly were in attendance and shivering. I also don't like the owner's self-aggrandizing ads, especially when he allowed a body to go missing.
Went by today to mission park south to pay my respect to my father. Upon arrival the trash cans were overflowing and branches all around my other family members graves. I felt it was very disrespectful to all who are laid to rest there. I contacted the office and the woman who took my call could have cared less. Never offered a apology. Very sad day.
Awful No perpetual care at all. People please address your complaint to Texas department of Banking 2601 N. Lamar Blvd. Austin Texas 78705-4294 Mission cemetery has gotten by with their lack of care for to long. Maybe if enough complain something will get done.
