I signed a 1 year lease and it was so bad I didn’t even want to finish the last few months there. Management is VERY disrespectful and will most definitely try to take all of your money by charging you for stuff that is THEIR fault. They are AWFUL and so unprofessional I would not recommend ANYONE live here you’ll be miserable and won’t even feel comfortable in your own house because of all the roaches.
I wish I could give 1star!! I broke my lease early from this hell hole, this complex is affordable, but beware of bed bugs, BREAK ins , my car was stolen , management does nothing, my air conditioner been broke since my move in date two days before I move they finally wanna fix it after I threaten to take them to court , the wiring for my air conditioner was maken me get charged for electric even when it was off my electric was 900$ every month TEP said that's literally impossible for a 1bdr , no assistance was done except t... read more
They don't know how to manage that place cheap rent if you like a lot of rude people lot's of crazy people live there
