Came to be with a patient who is having a procedure and was informed by the nurse that I was required to sit in their lobby or out on the patio during his procedure. I’m a cancer survivor and I do not in any way, shape or form feel safe sitting in a hospital lobby for an hour. So they’ve told me I can sit outside in 50° weather to comply with their policy. They’re asking me to choose someone else’s health and an inane policy over my own health. Will never, ever, come here again.
