I love living here! Everyone pretty much keeps to them selves and it's very peaceful. Management and maintenance are very respectful and professional.
How do you pay your bills to them ? No one give no information . And keys for mailbox are put on hold how does everyone else pay their bills here ?
Iv lived in this apartments for a very long time still due . I dont recommend the grass field is never grass its always so dead and dull.peoples cars get robed and even homes get robbed. Multiple people have died in this apartments and if u try to get a hold if maintenance or the landlord is like a miracle. Also things are always breaking and maintenance takes forever to not even fix the actual problem. Expections take forever . I’ve been living here for the past 13 years !! I’ve never had a problem with no one not neighbors or managers ever till now MARK GONSALEZ hes just terrible ive never been late on my rent or even pressured him with all the work orders I’ve asked that need attention. I had to close the hallway water dew to a leak! That he ignored.several more stuff but I don’t need a working room fan. So its fine. My name is Christina I was living in apt# 91. First I will like to say that the new Manager Mark Gonzalez has no people skills what so ever. He is so rude and disrespectful and is charging me for what he considers braking a contract. We were living their from February 2020 to February 2021. Our contract end on February 2021. We only stayed for 6 days in March after an this guy is trying to tell me that we have broken our contract and we must pay 680.00 plus 275.00. How does this even make any sense.
