Scott is horrible at communicating and leaves you hanging. Told me he would call me back never did left him a message never responded. The way I see it, he is not a person of his word.
My dad and I recently were able to buy a house thanks to having Scott Urquhart as our realtor. We had been searching for a house for 5 months and tried two other realtors, and had no luck. We decided to go with a more locally based realtor like Scott and we finally were able to close on a house! Scott was easy to get a hold of and had a great understanding of the local housing market. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor!
