Do not move here. Unethical community. Will NOT approve applications to Seller or Buyer for no reason & then allow ONLY board members to purchase. Board President, Members & Attorney work together to gain control of the community. Even the OFFICE ASSISTANT. Years of experience as a Home Buyer & Realtor. Represented a Selling owner of this community. Do NOT move, will regret.
I honestly don't see how they can justify charging over $900.00 for H.O.A. fee considering there is hardly any amenities. I've seen way better kept facilities with tons of amenities for the residents for a heck of a lot cheaper. That's highway robbery if you ask me.

It's a darling community. I love Seminole. And this place is so quaint and I feel safe there. Everything is well manicured and it is so inviting.
