Do Not go to this complex. Even when guests park in guest parking they get towed. Its a complete scam. $240 for dropping my friend off. Less than 5 minutes came out and vehicle was gone. Anyone else go through this. Maybe a small lawsuit should be submitted!! Whats right is right and when its wrong it is very wrong! Making money off ppl that visit their residence is wrong in too many way! So dont go here dont rent here you can never have guests!
My family and I were looking for a place that we could possibly turn into our home. As we entered the leasing office , we met Xavier. He is the leasing guru at Mission Oaks. His warm and friendly smile along with his contagious laughter sealed the deal for us. He is a stalwart young man . His expertise in the legalities of a leasing contract is bar none.
