RecommendedThe few times I have been here the employees were very friendly and helpful. Tevin Foster helped me with his knowledge and explained how the products work. He’s a very motivating individual and I thank him for that. The other employees seem very knowledgeable and friendly also and I’m looking forward to coming back.

I haven't tried the shakes yet but I will definitely have to try one. It was a intense workout that I really enjoy. I have never worked out before until now, Sharon is an awesome instructor and I love the group of ladies that are in the group

Today was my first time in. I tried the Fudge Brownie Shake and Tigers Blood Tea. All I can say is, it's AMAZING! I will definitely be going back! 😊
