Very bad costumer service. I came here about 7 years ago and the staff was very rude. My mother in law also had a bad experience here. Well being years later I decided to try again … they are so rude !! because I was 15min late they told me to find a new salon and were so rude to me. Lady yelling at me on the phone. I would not recommend this place at all. I am in shock at how rude they are. Actually hurt feelings !!

I’ve been going here for a couple of years and generally get good service but lately it’s not been as welcoming and the last nail fill I got was horrible! Slow and clearly not trained properly. After an hour of the technician trying, the manager came yelling at her and removed her and put one of my regular technicians on me to finish. And she was great, apologetic, and she tried, but she couldn’t fully fix the shoddy work already done and I was still charged full price, with no acknowledgement or apology from the manager. My pedicure was relaxing and the environment is comfortable and clean. I almost fell asleep a few times. It was the first time I have had a pedicure and I am HOOKED. I will definitely be back!
