Excellent treatment yesterday under the care of Cameron PA, Kali - xray tech, and Judy at the front desk. Very professional and caring. Thankful to recieve such great care, in a short amount of time, from sign in, to leaving!

Unable to give 0 stars but I would. Sign stating at maximum capacity and not accepting patients. It is 5:30 pm and only 7 cars in a 150 + space lot. The only urgent care in the area that should be open. Avoid any Mission Urgent care if it's close to quitting time, they won't see you.

I will never go here again. I played phone games for months trying to correct a billing error. Confirmed with my insurance the error. My Care Biltmore Park insisted I still owed money and charged me as a specialty Dr visit instead of as the walk-in urgent care that they are. Feels very scammy. Plenty of other urgent cares to go to instead where I can trust the process.

I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and was number three in line. I was seen promptly and professionally. So much easier than waiting for my primary doc to maybe answer phone at 8 AM to find out if they have any openings. That would have likely consumed my entire morning. Everyone was very enthusiastic so early in the day.

I went in late in afternoon for a possible infection, about 5:00 p.m. ! I was greeted promptly by a lady at the registration desk. I had my I’d, ins. Card, ready but was not required as I was already in the Mission System. After signing my paperwork for permission to treat etc, a lovely physicians asst. called me up, took me back to exam.
