I visited the center today Mission My Care in Biltmore and I had the most pleasant check in ever! The gentleman that checked me in helped me with my insurance as I brought in the wrong cards and he made time to find the new one! I have never experienced that before as I know how busy everyone gets. It just made me feel better especially since I was there because I’m sick. The whole experience was great from check in to medical staff. Thank you
The provider, Bethany Perkins should not be practicing medicine. She is a primary care who does not listen at all, and is very judgmental of her patients. I was really blown away by her lack of professionalism, her attitude, her judgment, her condescending questions and statements towards me. It was abuse it is verbal, emotional and mental abuse, and I speak as a state certified advocate against domestic violence, and I am also a state licensed teacher.
