Was a little slow getting checked in everyone was nice the person that took me back i think she felt like every word she spoke to me was a bother to her morning but other then that doctor was in test results was fast got notification that the correct A pharmacy was receiving the medication prescribed I would go back hope the one person has a better day or just choose another field of work where you don't have to deal with people lol but you know you never know what's going on with someone just giving a review
Note!!! Their Outpatient (bring in a paper, walk-in) Lab hours are only 8am-5pm M-F, 8am-12pm Saturday, and CLOSED on Sunday!!! This was not told to me via phone, or easy to find on the website I had 1 ok experience here in the past, moderately long wait time in the evening but it was busy. I would still consider coming back, maybe not for everything / if labs needed
I’ve been here twice and I have had excellent care. Thank you to the PAs and Drs that take the the time to solve my issues.
I went to mission for a possible concussion and I didn't even make it past the lobby. The lady at the front desk was immediately irritated with me when I approached, interrupted me to demand my insurance card before even hearing what I was there for, told me that it would be a 2 hour wait (there was 1other person in the lobby), and that even if they did see me they probably wouldn't be able to do anything. Do not use this facility. I was treated there and they ran labs to ensure the meds they prescribed were correct. 9 days later the labs were still not done. I continued to get worse and went to another facility. Labs were completed at the non-Mission facility in 12 hrs and prescribed the right medication. I disputed the bill, but even knowing their issues, they refused to adjust the bill. I spoke MMCN facility to try and address twice as well as the billing dept, they refused to adjust the lab costs off. I had to pay to keep ... read more
