I called last week about a ? regarding a tire, I was told someone would return my call in a few min. never heard from anyone.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLE HERE FOR ANYTHING I HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED BY THESE PEOPLES IGNORANCE AND INEPTITUDE!!!!! Took my bike here for maintenance and they never fully tightened my rear tire all the way which ended up falling off mid ride!! once I was able to call and inform them what had happened they never asked about my well being just when they could get the bike back to there shop. these people should not be able to work on a hot wheel let alone a motorcycle. Bringing my CBR in for a service. Will update my review once complete. So far they have been quick to respond to my warranty recall.
These guys had the parts I needed to overhaul my brake caliper and master cylinder, in stock, for a 25-year-old Honda. They were very friendly on the phone and put the parts aside for me to pick up the same day. A great experience and I would highly recommend their parts department.
The guys were nice enough to squeeze me in on short notice when I had a damaged tire on my bike but it was expensive and the mechanic did a very poor job. I had to have the wheel dismounted and the tire installed because I was riding the bike at the time. The tire I purchased was $190. The total for the tire and install was over 300. When i got home I checked out the mechanic's work. He put a whopping 48 PSI in my rear tire that calls for 36 and he adjusted the chain so poorly that it wasn't within the far end of the spec.
