They dont pay employees for orientation and education. could also appreciate their staff more and benefits are horrible. Good thing is they made me appreciate my old job at aveanna which I went back to. They value their employees so much more...
RecommendedThey have placed so many great nurses in my home over the years. People that my daughter has really bonded with. Yesterday they actually hand delivered “hard to find” supplies to my home!
We have had them for 4 months and can’t keep a dependable day shift nurse for our 5 month old our night nurse Nancy is our savior. What happened to work ethics ? Just do not show up for work and no coverage nurses EVER!
Mission medstaff is a great place to do home care. The patients are amazing. I love being a CNA here because not only is the staff super nice, but also the patient and their families. I love working with kids and it brings me joy to help them as much as I can.
I love working here so far.... everyone is so helpful and friendly! Its great to have found a company that truly cares about its patients and staff alike. Love that I can be a home health nurse and a field supervisor for such wonderful families. Hopefully we can all make life as easy as possible for those we work for.
I have been with Mission Medstaff for a little over two months and it was the best decision I ever made. From day one you can tell that the staff truly care about you and their clients.
