I'm not sure what the review from Natalie is or comes from because this company goes beyond the call of duty to help out their clients. There must be a very simple explanation ! I was traveling and lost some of the parts to my machine, reached out very early in the morning, just to get a quick reply upon opening. The gentleman who helped me was kind and caring. He took the time to explain the back brace I was getting l, the how and why it would help. He answered the phone and helped me with directions. Definitely a 5 star company. I highly recommend them,

I don't usually write reviews, but this place was so bad I feel the need to inform others so they don't waste their time. This is the most flaky business operation in the world! It's a complete JOKE! My Mom got a prescription for diabetic shoes fitting and we called and called multiple times for several days. NO ONE ever picks up the phone!
