Tam casted me for a prosthetic socket and fabricated the final socket without doing a test, the final socket was subpar and unusable. I’m filing a claim and complaint with DCA and small claims as well, I gave him the opportunity to fix it and he refused, look elsewhere don’t waste your resources here

I'm not sure what the review from Natalie is or comes from because this company goes beyond the call of duty to help out their clients. There must be a very simple explanation ! I was traveling and lost some of the parts to my machine, reached out very early in the morning, just to get a quick reply upon opening. They actually not only filled my order but they delivered directly to my hotel 30 miles away. The gentleman who helped me was kind and caring. He took the time to explain the back brace I was getting l, the how and why it would help. He answered the phone and helped me with directions. Definitely a 5 star company. I highly recommend them,
