We came in with an urgent, deadline-driven paperwork problem that wasn't of theirs or our making, and she handled it with patience, kindness, and real competence, re-completing detailed forms by hand, making sure everything was accurate, and getting us a properly sealed packet the same day. The receptionist is very unprofessional. She gave me the wrong change, then held my prescription hostage until I came back to fix her mistake. Then called my emergency contact and scared my family trying to get me to come back to fix her mistake. The Dr was cool tho
