Outstanding customer service. They were the original installer of our HVAC system and have been exceptional whenever we have needed service. Highly recommend.
System design and workmanship is poor. The variance in temperature in different rooms in the home is stark....and the temperature displayed on the thermostat versus the actual temperature varies by upwards of 9 degrees. Currently, rooms in the house are cold with temperatures in the low 60s, while the thermostat reads 71. Also, much air is leaking from the ductwork and sealing tape was placed on but doesn't come close to fixing that issue. First time as a 3 deace long homeowner I have had HVAC issues, not good or fun.
Great company to work with. Really got a sense of standing behind their work and putting their customers first. Quick response and very thorough assessment of our furnace and installation of a new one. Could not have asked for better service. Techs were great and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
