I have lived here for several years and I completely understand the past negative reviews. However, this new management and staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! Maintenance and office staff both are extremely attentive to the tenants needs and are quick to react! I have worked personally with Shaniece and WOW, I have never felt so welcomed when I walked in the office. She worked with me to meet my needs quickly and with one of the best attitudes I have ever encountered. I have to send a special shout out to her!
The apartments are Nice, and the maintenance service is great. Darius was especially helpful—very polite, professional, and always made sure repairs were done on time.
I lived with my mother in this apartment community for years, and seeing how things were handled at the end was extremely upsetting. After being a resident for over seven years, she was met with confusion, threats, and now ongoing issues just trying to recover her security deposit. The transition in management only made things worse. It felt disorganized, dismissive, and unfair. Very disappointing experience for a long-term resident.
I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to Eddie. Back when the management was still terrible, he started as the pillar of our community. He was just one more resident of this community but he still went around, collecting all the trash, cleaning the community and making it a better place for everyone. Extremely disappointing experience. After over 7 years as a tenant, I was threatened with removal of my belongings, falsely questioned about my tenancy status, and now redirected between management companies to recover my security deposit. Lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional handling throughout. Renters deserve better transparency and respect.
