PLEASE do not move here! For your own health and sanity! The leasing office staff are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. On our move in day we were supposed to pick up our keys from 2-5 pm and upon arriving to the office at 4 pm it was closed! I would give no stars if possible! Me and my roommates were looking for a new place to live and were looking into this complex only to find out it is infested with roaches! We scheduled to meet a worker from the complex for our keys and we’re not met at the date or time discussed. On top of that when we stepped into our apartment it was filled with roaches at least one in every room and going all the way up to five in one room! Rude rude rude. I dont understand how this Fatima person has a job in customer service. She'd very sassy and rude. Beyond her the location makes no sense. It says there's apartment on the website site, email me to book a tour, my sis came there yesterday and was told that there were no apartments to tour. Nothing. No 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms to show. I was apartment hunting... bad experience. Explained to office I was looking "in advance" to move, told them the dates. They encouraged me to apply early only to take my application and admin fee (I guess this is their main goal). Long story short, they don't answer phones or return calls or emails. Very unprofessional. The only time they called back is when I asked for a manager to return my call.. Just a horrible experience and waste of time & money.
