2 break-ins within 4 weeks here despite having an empty, older (2012)Toyota Camry parked there. The lot has a sign saying there is video surveillance but it is from one of the adjacent businesses and IMPark/Spothero do not have access to it. Constant vagrants, trash, and smell of urine. Learn from my mistake and pay the higher rate for parking elsewhere.

Car break in. The team says they audit and check to reduce break-ins but no evidence of this at all. Refusing to respond to any of my emails as well or cooperate with getting surveillance footage.

DO NOT USE THIS LOT OR THE COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH IT. No matter how many times you cancel your subscription or call the company, they do not stop. This is the 3rd recurring charge on my credit card. Had to cancel it all together. My bank has been going after them with no response. I even have a confirmation email saying they cancelled my account. Yet here we are with a 3rd charge.
