My wife and I lived here for four years, and each year was better than the last. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the maintenance team always taking care of every concern, to the wonderful leasing agents, especially Hailey, who was always so caring and helpful with any questions—we always felt supported. Lived there for a year. I put 1 star so management pays more attention on who to hire for the leasing office. I can’t believe someone like HAYLEE is working there. Her attitude is absolutely unacceptable for customer service. She’s extremely difficult to deal with, not helpful at all, and on top of this DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. Every month it's a new policy now u gotta take a old dirty trash can in after staying here 6 months. Now u leave it outside past certain time u get fined everything is a fine and says smoke free property but there's always smoking here and transiats always walking through apt.
Office staff go above and beyond and are super helpful.
