Mission Linen was found to have inefficient and inaccurate service when we did our contract eval on 10/21/2015. We complained and gave them one last chance. Instead of improvements they slipped in an 8% price increase when they auto renewed the contract. We have notified them that we will not be renewing our contract with them. I would love to end our relationship sooner on account of poor service and high prices.
